ये क्या बात हुई कि हर इलेक्शन के बाद हमारे नवनिर्वाचित माननीय विधायकों को रिजॉर्ट में ठहराने के लिए दूसरे राज्यों में भेजना पड़ता है. इससे तो हमारे राज्यों का पिछड़ापन झलकता है जी. ज़माना क्या कहेगा ! न्यू इंडिया वालों के पास कायदे का रिजॉर्ट भी नहीं है. थू-थू हो जाएगी जी. इसलिए केंद्र सरकार को इस पर सीरियसली विचार करना चाहिए कि हर विधानसभा के पास कम से कम दो-दो रिजॉर्ट तो बना ही लिए जाएं. इसका खर्चा या तो केंद्र वहन करे या राज्य सरकार और केंद्र सरकार दोनों मिलकर वहन करें. ये भी हो सकता है कि इस ठेके को पीपीपी मोड पर दे दिया जाए. बड़ी सुविधा होगी जी.

अब आप सवाल पूछ सकते हैं कि दो रिजॉर्ट क्यों? अरे भई, एक रिजॉर्ट उस पार्टी के विधायकों के लिए जो हर हाल में सरकार बनाने पर आमादा है और दूसरा रिजॉर्ट उस पार्टी के लिए जिसके विधायकों को तोड़ा जाना है. विधानसभा के पास ही रिजॉर्ट होंगे तो इससे समय भी बचेगा और ख़र्चा भी. वहीं का वहीं हिसाब हो जाएगा. डील करने में आसानी होगी. मोदी जी के 'ईज ऑफ डूइंग बिजनेस' का भी मान रह जाएगा. साथ-साथ पक्ष-विपक्ष के विधायकों में भाईचारा भी आपसी बढ़ेगा. मल्लब 'उधर' का भाई जब चाहे तब इधर आकर 'चारा' डाल सकता है.
ऐसा हो जाएगा तो विधायकों को बसों में या फ्लाइट में लादकर यूं आधी रात को न गोवा भेजने की ज़रूरत पड़ेगी, न हैदराबाद और न ही केरल. बताइए, कर्नाटक में कल कांग्रेस और जेडीएस के विधायकों को तीन बसों में आधी रात को हैदराबाद जाना पड़ा. ये हमारे जनप्रतिनिधियों का अपमान है. विधानसभा भवन के पास ही रिजॉर्ट बन जाएंगे, तो भविष्य में ऐसी नौबत नहीं आएगी. सरकार इस प्रस्ताव पर तत्काल विचार करे.
